1. All available content on the WATCH IT service and/or a site such as information, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, soundtracks, music, ringtones, or artwork, including but not limited to, the design, configuration, collection, and arrangement of such content is owned, controlled or licensed by the WATCH IT service, its affiliates, service providers or their partners and is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and a variety of other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws and other relevant regulations. 2. Content contained on any of WATCH IT media of publication cannot be reissued, copied, uploaded, posted, modified, transmitted, translated, distributed, or otherwise transferred, in any manner or by any means or technology, including but not limited to electronic and automated imaging or recording to any other computer, server, or website without the prior written consent from the WATCH IT ! service. 3. Any content viewed on the WATCH IT service is meant to be only for personal and non-commercial use and may not be shared with any other individuals or published in any other media. Customers or subscribers may not rebroadcast, publish, display, exploit or use the WATCH IT content for any purpose or prepare it for use and broadcast through any other sites, applications, or any form of media or public broadcasting. 4.
